Persimmon Smoothie Vegan
This vegan persimmon smoothie is a delightful and healthy way to enjoy the unique flavor of ripe persimmons. It's creamy, sweet, and spiced with a hint of cinnamon. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe persimmons, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
In a blender, mix the chopped persimmons, banana, almond milk, ground cinnamon, maple syrup if using, and vanilla extract
You can also add ice cubes to the blender if you want a colder smoothie
Blend for about two to three minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy
If you think the smoothie needs more sweetness or cinnamon, you can add more maple syrup or cinnamon
