Homemade Soft Golden Oreos Brownies
A tasty change to the original brownie recipe is these Homemade Soft Golden Oreos Brownies. Crushed Golden Oreos give them a great crunch and a hint of vanilla flavor, making them a great treat for any event.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 20 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Prepare a 9x9-inch baking pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl using a whisk
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract
Mix everything together well
The white chocolate chips and crushed Golden Oreos should be mixed into the batter until they are spread out evenly
When the baking pan is ready, pour the batter in and spread it out evenly
In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it
Before cutting into squares, take the pan out of the oven and let it cool all the way down
