Creamy Chipotle Pasta
Indulge in a spicy and creamy delight with this flavorful chipotle pasta. The smoky heat of chipotle peppers blends perfectly with the richness of Parmesan cream sauce, creating a dish that's both comforting and exciting.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Cut up chipotle peppers and garlic and cook them in a large skillet over medium-low heat for one to two minutes
Add the heavy cream and keep stirring until everything is hot
Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and keep stirring until it melts and is smooth
Add pepper and salt to taste
Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the creamy chipotle sauce until it is covered evenly
Add fresh cilantro leaves on top and serve hot
