Keto Sugar-Free Sweet

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt
Stir in melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until a dough forms
Form small balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Flatten each ball slightly with a fork or your fingers
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes
