Keto Sugar-Free Sweet



Indulge in a guilt-free treat with these keto sugar-free sweets. Made with almond flour and natural sweeteners, they're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth on a low-carb diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt

Stir in melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until a dough forms

Form small balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Flatten each ball slightly with a fork or your fingers

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
