Buttery Lobster Rolls



These Buttery Lobster Rolls are a classic seafood delight, featuring tender lobster meat tossed in a creamy, buttery dressing and served in toasted split-top buns. Perfect for a summer gathering or a special meal any time of the year!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 split-top hot dog buns

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, melted butter, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Mix well

Toast the split-top hot dog buns until golden brown

Evenly distribute the lobster mixture into each toasted bun
